I had one. The crying to my dad for hours kind. He helped a lot, so everyone reading this needs to send my dad a little thought of love for being awesome, supportive, a good listener, understanding, and offering good advice.

There were a lot of things I was upset about. This comic was one of them. Because I've been fighting an unmotivated slump lately while still stressing out over not having a comic page to give you all.

Dad helped remind me that I wasn't doing this for the readers, I was doing it for the fun, to share my story.

I love my Dad.

As a result, once I calmed down and managed to finish eating dinner, I actually felt like being productive again! Yay! I have also decided to re-write a good deal of the first and second chapter to improve my focus. The stuff that is fun for me to draw is the stuff that is fun for you all to read, right? So the new edit should have %50 more fun ^_^

I've still got other things to stress about and work through, but hopefully this comic can stop being one of them. If I don't have a page for a monday, I will at least post what I have done of the page, and update the image until you have a finished comic. Hopefully this will amuse some of you, and others can just start checking the comic on sundays for only finished pages from the week before ~chuckle~

Made it home safe and sound last night. Only instead of going to bed like a sane person, I got right to work getting my portfolio all set up for Anime Midatlantic ^^ I've got a space in the artists alley along with Ansuz from Shades of Veil, and Sabis and The Chibi from Technoangel Studios (check them out, their art is far more awesome than mine)

Still in Seattle running around like crazy making sure Riverlark is settled. The next page is a double-page, and it is not finished yet. Since tomorrow we start driving back, it is unlikely I will get it up before we go, but check in next Monday. If nothing else, I will Post a link to a bonus image for you all ^_^

Edit, 6-15: Lots of driving and helping my brother now move into his house in Kansas City. It was nice seeing my brother, but lots of lifting and deciphering assembly illustrations. I haven't even looked at the comic page again, but, as promised, here is a shiny sketch of one of Zee's brothers.
