This has been, statistically, a bad year to be my grandparent. Some of you who saw me at Otakon knew that I was going to be leaving after to drive to my homestate, because my grandfather had suffered a stroke.
He died toward the end of last month. I can only imagine it is because of that that my grandmother passed away two days ago.

It has not been a good time for art. My grandfather's wake was a bright moment full of memories of how full and wonderful his life had been, but more than anything I miss them. They have always been an inspiration to me, inspiring me in my creative endeavors, and I don't think I could physically stop drawing if I wanted to. But I honestly do not know how long it will take to paint the last two-three pages of Issue 4.

Sorry for the prolonged presence of the placeholder page instead of the comic meant to go up monday. Do to a Family matter, I haven't quite finished the page. But it it about 90% done, and the page after it about 30%. depending on how the weekend goes, you might get a double update Monday. More likely Wednesday. I'm sorry for another delay after coming back from hiatus, but some things there really is no such things as a good time for :(
